Arthur's out for maybe upto six weeks, Cresswell not quite ready. Who is going to play Left back?
I guess either Byram or Arbeloa.

I'm rather have Antonio right back than Nordviet.
Personally I'd go with a three of
..............Oxford...Reid...Ogbonna
..Antonio.....................................Arbeloa
Feghouli...............Lanzini..........Payet
...............Zaza...........Fletcher

Personally would go with:
Ogbonna - Reid - Collins - Arbeloa
but suspect as others have said it will be Nordveidt or Byram right, and Arbeloa left.
